Fee Schedule

Rates reflect obstetric specialty review—labor and delivery, electronic fetal monitoring, AIM bundle compliance, and maternal safety—by an MSN, RNC-OB, C-EFM legal nurse consultant. Initial case screening is a fixed fee. Substantive work is hourly with a retainer applied to the first invoice.

Defined-scope merit assessment with verbal or written impression. Helps you decide quickly whether to proceed.

  • Extended screening — $350 (records over stated threshold)
Tier 3

Deposition & Trial Support

$275 / hour

Preparation alongside attorney teams. Testimony or court appearance is quoted separately per engagement.

  • Preparation — $275 / hr, three-hour minimum per block
  • Testimony / appearance — quoted per engagement
