Comprehensive legal nurse consulting for obstetric & L&D cases
Thorough, line-by-line review of all medical records, nursing documentation, physician orders, and ancillary records. Initial screening helps attorneys determine whether a case involves potential deviations from the accepted standard of obstetric or nursing care.
Detailed medical chronologies and clinical event timelines that organize complex records into clear, sequential narratives. These chronologies become the backbone of case strategy, making it easy to see when and where the standard of care was breached.
Expert interpretation of Category I, II, and III fetal heart rate tracings using current ACOG and AWHONN guidelines. With C-EFM certification and decades of hands-on experience, I identify missed patterns, delayed interventions, and documentation failures in fetal monitoring.
Identification of deviations from the standard of care in obstetric, labor & delivery, postpartum, and newborn nursing. Each finding is cross-referenced against current clinical guidelines, hospital protocols, and professional standards.
Clear, well-organized written reports and collaboration with legal teams to prepare for depositions, mediations, and trial. I translate complex clinical events into accessible language while maintaining clinical precision.
Comprehensive consultation on L&D, postpartum, and newborn cases. Drawing from experience in high-risk units, cesarean section circulation, triage, and obstetric emergencies, I provide clinical context that strengthens legal strategy.
